This is the latest addition to our wide range of services! Now you can get affordable Adsl access from Host-Connection! You will need four things in order to have Adsl internet:
1) Normal Telkom Telephone Line (Not prepaid)
2) Adsl Line (installed on same line)
3) Adsl Account
4) Adsl Router
1) Normal Telkom Analog Line
NEW! If you do not have a normal telephone line, feel free to contact us to order your line for you on your behalf! Once your line is installed and you have your new phone number you can contact us so that we can continue with step 2. Please note, no additional Telkom lines are required as the Adsl will be activated (Step 2) on the same telephone line you use for calling.

Transfer your current Adsl line to us or let us activate your Adsl for you and we will give you an additional free 1GB account (valid for one month) for your first month!

This offering is not inclusive of any bandwidth/traffic allowance, this must be purchased separately. ADSL line installation times are handled totally by Telkom, although we will do our best to speed the process up as much as possible. The prices for these ADSL offerings are subject to change and are dependent on the pricing structure employed by Telkom/SAIX.

Shaped accounts have certain protocols shaped by order of importance.
HTTP takes priority, then POP3/SMTP, and FTP. Protocols like P2P and
BitTorrent are slowed down to allow more speed for the other protocols.
